Google Sheets Tutorial for Sports Science: How to Make an Interactive Player Card

Hi adam.. tq for your amazing tutorial. Ive manage to create my own play card based on your guidance. However, if I want to insert graph for monitoring rest heart rate for each player, how can I do it? Ive tried but when I change my player name, the graph wont change accordingly. Could you please advice me. Thanks
