Maybe it’s just me but I don’t think he’s ugly. There’s def some ugly ghouls in the game but he isn’t one of them.

This why I don’t just walk in anywhere passed the whole game never going left only right to the head thing and I passed the games main story and overall everything and with Op weapons with never going into the hotel or meeting that druggie or vault tech guy which is the only guy that matters can’t believe it’s been out for like 7 years now lol I got friends coming out of military service who passed the game before I did without doing not even the silver shroud lol

I liked him i wish you could havw him as a companion, would be interesting

I think his name is nordhagen it's in the overseers office where u get the cryolater he is the only one who didn't make it and the persons name Is nordhagen might be wrong

virgin fallout 76 overseer: not a ghoul. very annoying. only thing she wants from you is a ton of gold to "fix the economy". in a cash grab game filled with micro transactions. chad fallout 4 vault tec rep: is a ghoul. very cool. survived over 200yrs and still wearing the same trench coat and hat you first saw him in and its very cool. gave you a spot in the vault and let you choose your special stats. he can be a settler. can be a decent merchant.

You know whats very sad about this? He didnt win his steak knives

In my game he died when I offered him a place at sanctuary. I feel so guilty!

ghouls are actually my favorite because most of them aren’t suspicious like bobbi in good neighbor and my favorite is the one ghoul at the slog. there also nice when they don’t have a place to live or at least stay for the night but the one thing is that there still a human to care about

How do you make the settlement

Wow this was 6 years ago.. I had the vault-tec representative too...I assigned him to the general merchant store and I got that unique item.

when i saw the vault tec rep for the first time, i realized that bethesda really f0cks around with atmosphere and story telling, sadly fallout 4 is the first fallout i played (New Vegas is next on my list)

That janitor ain't doing a great job, 200 years of cleaning and there is still rubble and trash all over the floor.

I definitely felt bad for him, he wasn't on the list even after working for Vault-Tec for 20 years prior, and yet he had to suffer 200 years as a lonely ghoul that no one wanted to be friends with. When I found him in Goodneighbor, I knew I had to bring him to Sanctuary Hills and give him a job. He deserved to be happy, he was the reason we even survived the nuclear explosion in the first place.

In Fallout 4 I just made him live in the castle if my whole entire Army of Minutemen so we get the bunch of friends

I know this video is 6 + years old, but I have not yet made it to Goodneighbor. I guess I will just to recruit the Vault-Tec Rep.
