Scolopendra heros (the giant desert centipede) can grow up to 8 inches (20 centimeters long) at best, he's really exaggerating how big these get.
This is North America, not Venezuela where the biggest centipedes living in caves grow up to 40 centimeters sometimes xD

Cody, I had a bad reaction to a red wasp sting several years ago and had to go to the hospital with spotty vision, flushing, and difficulty breathing. That was the first time something like that ever happened, though I have had more severe than typical swelling from bee stings in the past. Does this mean that anything with a fairly strong sting, like this centipede, would get me? Or would reactions to bee or wasp stings not necessarily translate to sensitivity to the venoms of other animals?

Getting a bit by this animal is a painful but I don't know about this guy it's pretty painful because when I was 9 I got bite by it and I almost collapse to the ground

Got a similar creature of a bit smaller size(like 75% on the size on this video) biting my crotch(of course not intentionally, was sitting outside, moved a bit and it did bite me, seen it when it was running away) ... Definitely painful but luckily it was not on their mating season so got no venom.

Disgusting creatures. Came across a few growing up in Southeast New Mexico. Fortunately never a live one, but Dad definitely found a live giant desert centipede in our garage once and I saw what was left of it. 🤮
