The funniest part of this is that they have Arnold Schwarzenegger playing Italian you know because Austrian and Italian accents are so similar 😂😂😂

Arnold was the only BB who was in Movie and TV so often while his Pro time, so he was a household name very early. Nobody outside BB knows Coe, Zane, Colombo or Oliva but everybody knows Schwarzenegger bec he allways looked for publicity and TV/Movie Cams. Same in germany here.
Its funny that he plays an Italian (with big austrian accent)...
And i believe, without these publicity since 1969, all his comparse or small roles (Stay Hungry, Pumping Iron, Jane Mansfield Story, Streets of San Francisco, The Villain (Cactus Jack) and his tons of interviews, docus about him, his publicity by the Kennedys (he met Maria Shriver in the late 70s) etc he never got the role of Conan. And that was where all starts. Think about why the Producers dont get Ferrigno, Coe or Mentzer for the role as Conan.

This routine doesn't really land.
Humor is usually based on doing something socially inappropriate. In this case, it's the (supposed) role reversal, as well as the taboo against adultery that's being parodied.
So, why doesn't this particular routine land? By the way, I actually appreciate a lot of Lucy's humor...
It's because the role reversal is based on a lie. According to modern psychology, it's women that are more likely to be superficial when it comes to sexual attraction, women are more likely to engage in polygamous behavior.
So, the role reversal that's being parodied, is actually not a role reversal, it's an exposition of sexist stereotypes.
Also, one of the consequences of exploiting a taboo for humor is erosion of that taboo. Certain types of socially inappropriate behavior aren't good targets for parody, because some part of your audience is going to be revulsed, rather than amused. Adultery is one of those topics. Some part of your audience is going to be genuinely offended. Same reason why "bully humor" doesn't get a wide audience, though it's fairly common in every day life.
