Arms Warrior Talent and Rotation Guide Shadowlands 9.0.2 - How to Hit 8k AoE DPS

This video covers the talents that I choose and a quick reason as to why I've chosen them. This is aimed at beginners and those returning to World of Warcraft Shadowlands. I didn't mention when to use Sudden Death in the rotation, since it is to be used as soon as it procs but making sure at least deep wounds is on the target.
