Great idea and clear as well. One small problem is that variance looks not just at difference, but squared difference, which is probably difficult to show with dance moves. Also what is a bit lost in the video is that the variance uses the mean as a baseline. Still the idea of showing that variance measures variation by using dance movements is a great idea.
