ОтветитьI swear to god this is just majestic i had a pain that woke me up at 5 in the morning and couldn't walk properly i felt lots of tension on my thighs but when i got up at 9th minute of the video i felt instant recovery, they are still tensioned but feel way better ❤i would like to thank this savior so much ❤ much love to you from kurdistan.
Ответитьhey i play hockey and i have a soar pain in my muscle just below my butt and i did these exercises, just wondering if there is any other stretches that target this the area i described.

ОтветитьThanks for sharing the video. I' ve had so much pain on my thigh for a few days and went got a massage but it didn't help. I saw your video and I used the spike hard ball massage and followed your instruction and I was quite amazed how it release all the tension on the back of my thigh. Thank you for this and I will keep following up my routines Thank you doctor ❤🙏

The sitting in the chair one was the only one that I’m able to do at the moment and it most definitely eased the pain. I think I’m ready to finish up this last hour ! 💪🏽🫶🏽

I think I overstretched a muscle because when I jump (I’m at the life event of Tony Robbins so we jump and dance a lot!😁), the left side of my but muscle to the hip hurts, as if there is an obstruction. The whole pelvis is kind of rigid. My whole body gets way more action these days🙈 then at home.

Do you have a suggestion to relief foot cramps at night?
Just so everyone who watches these video's that everything this guy is showing you absolutely works!! I twisted my back about 9 months ago where my lower left leg and hip (they told me sciatica). Been to chiro which helped only a little and then a few days ago followed a specific move for my problem and what a relief. These video's are absolutely great and I usually don't comment but I can sit, sleep and walk long walks. I actually thought I would have to live like this and just deal with it.

ОтветитьI'm having trouble bending down. I cannot bend down to tie my shoe anymore, or to put my socks on, or bend down to cut my toe nails. where as I can now cut the toe nails and put my socks on. But only because I made gadgets to do the job without bending down. But that does not help me bend down. Any Ideas? Thanks for the vids.
