It's crazy how high you rated the Forces and Frontiers animations when they're downgrades across the board from previous games. Frontiers has Sonic immediately go into the running animation, putting his arms behind him, when he's barely moving any faster than a jog. It looks awful. Not to mention it's very stiff. It shouldn't be in the same tier as Sonic Unleashed.

Running with your arms behind your back only lets you faceplant harder.
