I’m gonna be honest, I’ve been playing this game practically since launch and I never figured out that the Shredder worked like this until I saw this video, I always figured it just increased normal gun bashing damage like an oversized bayonet, which I hardly ever use, especially with something like the minigun, so I never had much incentive to apply the mod. Fascinating.

I never even knew that the shredder had this ability. I thought it was only cosmetic and added melee damage to the bash.

Idiot Savant is an amazing addition to a Shredder build because the only thing better than turning everyone into red paste is cackling like a maniac while doing it (just be sure to mod out the drum sound because that ruins it). Stat-wise, you'll want to have 6 luck anyway for the better criticals perk so there's no reason not to take it.

Well I’m gonna use this build with a shotgun so I can have a little range and a mirelurk counter so make the most OP Build ever

I genuinely didn't even know that the shredder was a thing, I never tried to mod a minigun I guess lol

for future "Can you beat fallout 4 with ............ " it is worth noting that keeping wolfgang alive along with trudy a.e solwing their troubles peacefully means for a decent early access to chems and general goods as wolfgang tends to have a decent amound of radaway and stimpacks if nothing else. 16 to 18 of each in my experience.

id would say the institute is the most difficult ending the railroad is as easy as all the other none institute ones but it is slightly more difficult because your going on the prydwen itself where there are alot ALOT of dudes in power armour but you gotta do the same thing plus more with the institute

this weapon do that legendary effect autostimpack really relevant sincerelly in survival.

I bought Fallout on console when it first came out, I have 900 hours on Steam alone, and I never knew the shredder works when you just spin it up.

Surprised you didn't take the idiot savant perk while building for XP so you could get to level 13 and Gun Nut Lv. 2 quicker than usual, but I suppose with your character's high int score it wouldn't have helped much anyways~

Isn't intelligence what you use to get the gun nut perk, not agility?

honestly the railroad path is the easiest if you arent playing on survival, just chug some nuka cola quantum, place the explosives, and boom, prydwen down without firing a bullet
