Thanks again for being so positive and encouraging I love your approach and attitude.. Keep it up..

ОтветитьLike the workout. Very doable, but makes me feel like I worked. Not a fan, though, of the music (in particular the “push it to the ground” number). Felt it didn’t mesh well with the rhythm of the workout. Overall, good though.
