What an eye opening episode! 🤯 if you enjoyed this episode please do us a favour and like the video, it helps support this channel and allows us to keep bringing you these amazing conversations
ОтветитьSo is pizza & salads not good to eat because they both got the combo of everything in/on it.
ОтветитьIf how your skin looks is an indication of your state of health, then she is really healthy. Her skin glows. I kicked booze and soft drinks. Can't kick sugar. Crave it like a cocaine addict.
ОтветитьI read the book, it’s all fascinating:) and works:) 🖖
ОтветитьDrink vinegar vefore you eat? I smell another food cultist that lacks profound science behind her ideas. People that need to complicate their daily eating habit have often times a couple of screws loose in their caboose.
ОтветитьBragging about fiber irritation and blocking nutrient uptake is why vegans are malnourished. Not a good thing
ОтветитьHaha, you think your body won’t recognize sugar? Good luck. You can eat any order if sugar is there, you will absorb it
ОтветитьYour both kids.
ОтветитьMost veggies cause me terrible inflammation. The fiber and various lectins, phytates, etc. caused me IBS and leaky gut. I have since healed my gut by removing them. IBS and leaky gut and even my gallbladder sludge went away. Amazing how we are told how healthy they are when in fact they cause so many problems. 😮
ОтветитьThis is a masterpiece and the most important thing in the world, thank you!!!!
ОтветитьSteven is such a good listener 💯
ОтветитьOrange looks good on her.
She's pretty.
She's not wearing make up or ear rings and still looks pretty.
Amazing conversation on sugar and much deeper insight on the day to day lifestyle it affects.
What is surprising is that something so basic like natural fruits and vegetables are hybrids and I wonder one day the fruits might go fiber deprived lol
Genolier??
ОтветитьNew religion
ОтветитьNow that we know and we still have that sugary food and then get cravings, then now it's kinda our fault :(
ОтветитьA lot of this feels like our caveman brain being screwed over by our modern world and companies knowing our psychological and phsyical triggers.
[I posted this as I was listening then they cover it immidiately after. Great minds think alike (they are much smarter than me).
2 second conversation is all thats needed. "Stop shoving carbohydrates down your neck". The end
ОтветитьHello from Nederland ❤🇳🇱💥
ОтветитьHighly interestng, but extremely repetitive. The whole interview could habe been 30-40 minutes.
ОтветитьAmazing woman❤
ОтветитьSo inspiring.
Thank you so much❤
Wow
ОтветитьThank you for this information! You are saying what my mother told me years ago when I wasn’t listening! But she said to eat your protein first then veg then carbs! I will try your way for sure! I already take apple cider vinegar before meals! I don’t have a gallbladder and this helps my digestion as well! Thanks again! Nancy from Canada
Ответитьbest guest so far, and the bar is very high. félicitations pour cette présentation limpide
ОтветитьNot everything applies outside the USA, though. In Europe, we have easy access to fresh produce and our foods are not all packed with added sugars.
ОтветитьBeautiful job Steven ... Jessie is a gift to us all.
Be well.
Apparently protein powder is bad
ОтветитьFantastic interview as always Steven. What a wonderful woman, full of wisdom and drive. And that last answer “It would be sad if it weren’t sad.” Love that.
ОтветитьFirst carolrie in calorue out
Then naturopathy fasting
Then intermittent fasting
Resistance training
Then keto diet
Last Glucose revolution
Intresting evolution...at least for me......🎉
Tats so interesting! What if I drink a cup of kale powder drink or veggie powder drink before a meal? Does that have the same effect as eating fiber at the beginning of a meal?
ОтветитьI think she is so charismatic it is hypnotizing.
ОтветитьI keep eating as much sugar as I want, even making myself sugar water before workouts. I'm still losing weight. I'm losing it because I have reduced my fat intake to under 30 g of fat per day, I keep my calories anywhere from 1200 to 1600 a day and I eat at least 25 g to 35 g of fiber per day. At least eight glasses of water per day... Glucose is glucose. Your brain doesn't know the difference . The weight keeps coming off. The sugar thing is a myth
ОтветитьGreat stuff thank you.
Can I suggest something. The microphones for some reason seem to be very intrusive. Like all I can see is a mic. Perhaps you can go with a suspended mic.
Just my two cents
The stupid decision made her to review her diet 🙄🤔
Ответить❤❤❤ I love your interviews so informative…thanks Steve ❤❤❤
Ответитьcan you make an episode with the wistlwblower from the New Zeeland ministry of health releasing the data on covid vaxine?
ОтветитьNice!! She is amazing open😊I am an idiot too!! Vegetables first.I eat super fast
ОтветитьSo weird to me that Americans need to 'find' somewhere to get surgery. In Europe, you would never need to make this decusion. You go into hospital and they organise where you need to be and transport you there, all for free.
ОтветитьVery down to earth info and advice. I lke it. It's approachable. Helpful. Thank you both. 🥰
ОтветитьHow does drinking alcohol figure into all of this? Don't say avoid it. I mean in the same vein as Jessie loving a chocolate cake, but dressing it up with protein and vinegar before to make it less bad. Should I just treat alcohol the same as glucose and apply these hacks?
ОтветитьGreat talk! And it left me with two questions: 1) Are artificial alternatives good alternatives to sugar? Aspartame; and 2) What is a good source of energy snack during marathon?
ОтветитьAny reflux or heartburn wirh the apple cider vinegar ?
ОтветитьI truly believe sugar gave me cancer! I've been battling this for 3 years. When I eat something sweet, I get pain in the cancer site. I have tried this many times over the past 3 years and eating something sweet always causes pain. The doctors can say what they want, but I am PROOF of my breast cancer that eating sweets whether sugar, honey, maple syrup, dark cacao, or many starches causes the pain. I take a product called gymnema to cut sugar and it helps with sugar cravings a lot. I don't know if any long term side effects because I've only been taking for about 2 months. I'll make another post about the video after I watch it.
ОтветитьQuestion in relation to the vinegar section: what if you ate that starter bread by dipping it in olive oil and vinegar? Would the vinegar help slow down the absorption of starch and therefore neutralize the negative effect of eating it first?
ОтветитьI actually did subscribe! Congratulations!
ОтветитьSPEAK UP! guy, your the host and lower your BGM stop trying g to bee cool if u trying to be informative!
ОтветитьThis was very interesting, slightly lost me at the calorie counting… if you’re overweight there’s no doubt eating less calories than you burn makes you lose weight. So much chemistry between these two 😉😘
