At 17 i may hace hit 90 mph and i typically drove maybe 5 to 10 mph over the speed limit. I was typically considered a slow poke by other teens. I didn't actually my fastest speed until i was 40. It was 130 mph and that feels really fast. It is something i would encourage other people to do. How this guy was able to go 182 mph would have frightened me at 17. It still frightens me to think about it.
