I was at strokers bike shop in Dallas when they were building that motorcycle and the TV people were there to interview them it was some kind of motorcycle challenge or something Rick Fairless was the one building it with his great friends that were really good builders as well
ОтветитьHope you cover the Rally this time! Love it! Hoping to go next year! Thanks Russ!
ОтветитьHey Russ, new you would be there, have fun! Tell those Shotgunbilly boys hi if you drop by Kickstands! Thanks for the video!
ОтветитьGreat opening, Russ, and I agree. The paint job on that one motorcycle at the museum was amazing. That took a lot of time, and a lot of skill.
ОтветитьAwesome! Lord be praised!
ОтветитьRuss, you know it's sac religious for an electric bike in front of the Sturgis sign😂
ОтветитьHey Russ, get me a t-shirt.
ОтветитьThanks for sharing!! Sound like an amazing trip. Stay safe!
ОтветитьHalf expected Ghost Rider in that museum! Think it was his bike out at a nearby HD shop when out browsing!
ОтветитьWhere do you keep the bike battery when you sleep? You should strongly consider storing it in some type of fireproof box. There was a video online where some poor guy was transferring it in an elevator when the battery went thermal. It didn’t end pretty.
ОтветитьBig Bud HN -360 tractor; 28 manufactured in 1977 / 1978. Thank goodness for high quality recording so I could pause the video to see the name on the tractor! (copy / pasted) these really weren’t “production” tractors — and that was by design. Every tractor had a customer’s name on it before it was built, and every tractor was built by hand.
ОтветитьI thought videos would be presented along Columbia River; what happened? I must have missed something😢
ОтветитьWhen you are done at Sturgis take a ride 100 miles west on I-90 to Gillette, WY and tour a couple of the coal mines.
ОтветитьRichard Gas monkey garage 👍 That was way cool for Richard to do the intro 👍
Thank Russ take care.
👍
ОтветитьThe Motor Cycle museum is the old Sturgis post office... And if you left your camp ground and got on i 90 and headed east. The hill climb hill is on the curve on your right...
ОтветитьThank you so much for sharing this video!❤ I’ve always wanted to go to it!
ОтветитьWOW! GOOD JOB getting Gas Monkey. 🎉
ОтветитьWow. Nothing about Evil Kanival.
ОтветитьThanks again for the tour, Russ. Am the same way, no more rallies for me. I prefer to go sightseeing from now on. Have fun.
ОтветитьRVerTV means "Russ Viewer TV"
As per my understanding...Greetings from Pakistan.
Love it! My mom and i stayed in a cabin at Days End and loved that campground. It was not during Sturgis though, that would have been crazy expensive
ОтветитьGood stuff MrRuss👍
ОтветитьGlad you seem to like riding a E-Bike. Going around town puts you out there. You going there and doing what you say you are going to do is surprising. Still wonder why you went now.
ОтветитьHi Russ that museum was incredible! Enjoy when you take your electric bike out to see the sites!
ОтветитьI need to make it out there one Day enjoy
ОтветитьI hear it's about 400 night at RV Parks i hope it comes with open Bar 😂
ОтветитьIs this the new video since Overland Expo 2024?
ОтветитьRuss, "too cool for school" at the motorcycle museum. Have fun and enjoy Sturgis.
ОтветитьGreat video, except the a-- guy who said a-- on video!
ОтветитьI've been 9 times back when it was alittle less commercial.
Sturgis was always about the races and rides thru the area.
That's Pappy's old bike shop. His wife Pearl lived back closer to town on opposite side of Junction.
I would visit her on Wed for brunch with all the old flatrack racers.
Great stories and homemade cookies
That's a new sign. I was last there in 04 and that was not there.
Jackpine Gypsies are the actual historical keepers of the true history of the Rally & Races...not the city of Sturgis
You need to get a sidecar for your electric bike 🚲 and get yourself another Scooby 🐕 to cycle with 😃
ОтветитьTHANK YOU
ОтветитьCan't believe the work someone put into these bikes. BEAUTIFUL!! Your bike brakes squeaks?
Ответить👍
ОтветитьI ride push bike to Sturgis weather permitting
ОтветитьNot my cup of tea so I won't be watching the rally
ОтветитьI would have really rather have watched it than this
ОтветитьThank you for that cool tour!! Have a nice day!!
ОтветитьOhhh, so nice Russ! Wouldn't it be great if they extended the 'event' to 2 weeks or so, and lowered the prices on stay areas! That would be awesome!
ОтветитьGas Monkey Intro! That was awesome. Maybe someday I'll make it to Sturgis. Nice video Russ thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьGreat opening Russ!! You got good karma that you ran in to him at that exact moment! Keep doing what you were meant to do! Love the video!❤
Ответитьgreat stuff, bro!
Ответить❤❤
ОтветитьGreat video! Brings back memories. My friend and I did the same…..went for a visit to Sturgis the week before the rally, and stayed at the Sturgis RV Park. We rode our Harleys all around the beautiful sights and Hills. It was great. Fun to see it all again through your video!😊
ОтветитьThat was awesome meeting Richard by happenstance!
ОтветитьI'm late for the party but wanted to say THANK YOU for your hard work and creative talents in putting these great videos up. I marvel at the grumps and complaining from some folks ... when the reality is it's HARD WORK and difficult in many ways, doing what you're doing. You are appreciated.
ОтветитьHeck, I saw 'Easy Rider' at a drive-in theater as a teen, liked the 'Born to Be Wild' song but didn't understand most of the movie. Now? 😮 Um. Er.. I don't know if I even wanna understand most of it. 😅 Thanks for the education, Russ!
