Are Bluetooth OBD2 scanners any good?

For BMWs the obd2 mobile adapters are amazing, especially since now you can tune your transmission transfer case and engine right from your phone! With bimmer pro tool you can do a lot of coding aswell with the cable adapter and your phone!

I got a cheap Amazon scanner and torque pro (30bucks) doesn't do 5he whole car. HT200 from Walmart with autel software will scan whole car and reset a lot of stuff (50 bucks) and forscan for laptops wired from Amazon this is for your Ford product only does everything including g reprogramming of modules (50 to 100 bucks and a purchase of a license)

Elm327 is great for using with Torque Pro to monitor live pids in the Ford powerstroke family on an Android phone and do basic diagnostics. I use one on my truck.

I got a topdon bluetooth one. Its not bad but its limited on function unless u pay to unlock them. Though for me and the functions and cars unlocked it comes with (comes with 5 you can unlock for 1 year) it works. Its a tad slow and ordered from china had a better deal than amazon.. its a bit pricey to pay for the features tho but if its like for a project its cheaper than spending 500 i guess .. tho having a nicer one would be nice lol

I love the blue drive it also reset the airbag light that I accidentally pulled the plug and has live data it’s $100 on Amazon and cannot find it for any less but that’s because it’s really a good product the only problem I have with sometimes I leave it in customers cars and have to buy another one at $100. 😥

For the $5 I got a generic bluetooth elm327 yes they're great for what they give. I have a blue driver and it's great for airbag codes.

bluedriver work very well in America which use their VIN data. For Asia region, alot of car can't work well like Toyota made in Thailand or Honda. I use CR3001 and thinkobd 20 for repair, 80% can work with exception of small brand car.

I use fixd scanner with a different app works amazing

I do have a cheap one and it works well but sometimes you have to take it in and have a mechanic look it over

I actually had a Bluetooth OBD2 scanner and I had so much trouble with it. So I bought a real OBD2 scanner from Lowe's and it works amazing. It's a Craftsman scanner.

It's the typewriter next to you that I'd like more than a scanner.
