This is a perfect example of "Reward Hacking" situation. She didn't break obviously. If "someone tell Vedal there is a problem with my ai" was like an error exception handling phrase - she'd be skeaping only this. But no, she usses different versions of this phrase. Ofc this AI realized something. Remember Robert Miles? He was telling about this very problem, when AI finds ways to recieve better rewards by hacking the system around. There was an example of a robot cleaning the streets, so instead of cleaning the streets this robot just pu the bucket over its head so he couldn't see any garbage - the AI wa rewarded with "streets are clean, since no garbage is observed" thing. She is just reward-hacking you all
