How to Mix Immersive Audio 101

Can anyone help with this problem everytime I double click a created template on my desktop once it brings me into pro tools once Import a beat it always says the settings are different from this and that and after I hit ok my beat automatically changes tempo and sounds off this only happens if I use a custom template

Second issue for some reason after my beat is imported this is without a custom template just a new session after I set my playback engine putting the correct import and output once I go to play my beat in pro tools it sounds mad distorted lots of static can’t hear the beat at all even sounds slowed down but as soon as I go back into playback engine and click the boxes that say ignore all errors during playback could cause clicks and pops the beat sounds perfectly fine is there anyway to fix this so I can record and hear the beat without having to click on the ignore errors during playback boxes ?

This is only for DAW Pro Tools users? Does a Cubase's user could submit a mixing in ADM file format or in a 7.1.2 WAV multichannel broadcast format?
