Thank you for this wonderful tutorial.- But I am unable to select all the options for printing. I am using a Mac, and have an Epson ET-2800. The "Media Type" does not give me "Presentation Paper Matte" as an option, so I selected "Photo Matte Paper" and which automatically changed the "Print Quality" to "best". AND "Print Settings" does not have "Color Sync" as a printer option. Do I need to go back and find your Printer Setup Videos first - and set up my ICC printer profile first?

Hi can you tell me why the sides of my Tshirt comes out yellow when I sublimate it? Is it because I used a cotton Tshirt the only kind I had on hand. I’m using a hand press

my google doc and epson printer wont let me flip my design any explantion why?

Hi Jennifer, I have what will probably seem a silly question, but it concerns me. I would think that the tape applied to hold the print down while pressing would leave some trace of adhesive on the T shirt. Can you please advise on this for me. Thank you.

I have a question and I’m so stressed out idk what to do or say I got my printer and I’m printing out the image that I want when I put it on shirt the words are backwards the color is not bright at all it’s dry looking but it’s different color on the paper my heat press is not setting right I’ve tried so many temps I found one that helps better but please help me

how to do on cotton tshirts?

Still trying to mirror the image or words I e created through google docs and it still hasn’t given me any of these options. It’s driving me nuts. I see other people have the same problem.. I don’t have Facebook so I can’t ask anywhere else!😑

Are you able to use it as a regular print and print on plain paper or cardstock or photo paper AFTER putting the sublimation ink in?

Maybe I missed a step but why do you put the design in a word document instead of just printing from preview from the downloaded design itself.

I was hoping someone on here can help me. I am trying to insert an image I created into Google Docs but when I insert the image is not completely on the page. And I don’t know how to move the image so that it is all on the page. It seems that this should be easy but I it’s not for me. I don’t know how to do this and can’t continue until I do. Can someone help?

How do you prevent press marks along the edges of your shirt from your press? Thanks 😊

What about measurements for the back or other parts of shirts? Example: Name on back/across the shoulders, pocket size, etc.

I have a question though. I have the Epson Surecolor F170 and when I choose it for the destination it only lets me choose black and white and it’s grayed out so I can’t change it. Any idea why?

aaahh! my first press came up blank! LOL. Nothing transferred to my fabric. Im using an epson 2800 ET, hiippo dyesub ink, Asub paper, and a generic heat press at 400F/30 sec, horizontal image printed on clear side of paper (not the side that says dsub), used butcher paper. My fabric is 100% cotton, heavy 230gsm fabric that I sprayed sub spray by Aosorw for cotton fabrics. HELP!

Do you have a video to convert an Epson printer 8550 for sublimation? Which ink do you recommend since it has 6 inks instead of 4?

I just got a cricut explore and an epson 2800 printer. I put the hipoo inc in and now I’m lost. My Mac laptops blue tooth doesn’t connect and I have no clue what I’m doing 😂

I found the butcher paper had the image on it so I think the Teflon sheet should have been used in my first t shirt made. 60 sec is too long, Probably 45 sec would have worked (a little browning happened) Tem was around 395f

When i click print using system dialog i dont get the same pop up box with more settings like i see you getting ive tried everything im just getting a box with preferences pop up

- How long after sublimation on shirt or mugs should one wait to wash?
- Do you only have to worry about the fading in the lesser polyester blends after 1st wash, or will they continue to fade after every wash?

Hi Jennifer, first let me say that I love all your videos. Very informative and easy to follow along with. I purchased a lot of the items you recommended to use and just ordered your Playbook. I was trying to download the ICC for Hiipoo ink for my new et-2850 as you suggested, but it didn't work at all. Any help would be appreciated.
