how to solve( D-SUB Out of Range 67.4 kHz/60 HZ )problem in raspberry pi 3

I tried to select the menu options Advanced Options>Resolution... and after clicking enter when Resolution is highlighted it takes me back to the main menu? why is that?

How do I do that without typing?; I changed the resolution by mistake just by choosing the wrong resolution somewhere and I don't remember where it was, I don't have a keyboard of any kind.
