Interestingly my choices would be very much the same.

Absolutely the Peacemaker, Blackhawk, or Schofield.

My N frame choice would be in revolver cartridges like 45 Colt or 44 Magnum.

Definitely a 45-70 single shot like a High Wall or Trapdoor.

My repeater would be a current production Henry.

Would probably go for a SxS 12 gauge.

As an honorable mention a 32 revolver like a hand ejector in 32 Long.
