Where can you buy this supplement?
ОтветитьWith that low dose, I wouldn’t have even finished reading the study.
ОтветитьFDA has banned it as of November 2023 because they want big pharma to turn it to a prescription 😢
ОтветитьI'm curious why there were positive results, when you told us, NMN won't work without TMG, Apigenin and Quercitin
ОтветитьCheck dr Brad stanfields breakdown on nmn based study’s, he’s stopped using nmn..
ОтветитьI absolutely did not experience these constant reports of energy surges and boundless energy when i tried NMN (2 gram) for 1 month.
ОтветитьBut if the goal is to increase NAD, niacin plus exercise seems to be as effective and is very cheap and been used for a long time. There are places that have NAD injections but I wouldn’t do that. It’s interesting though.
ОтветитьI would be very suspect of a study did not employ that standard doseage ? Cheers
ОтветитьIs this the study funded by David Sinclair's company? 9 participants? Be careful and just skip to when someone offers you a discount code then you know not to waste your money. Wait for real data or look at 12+ studies that show there is little to no (Zero) benefit. I have some sitting on my counter but will not take anymore because the evidence points to no significant benefits. I want and would like for this to work but oh well. Now NAC and Glycine and or Taurine you can see the studies.
ОтветитьAfter 3 weeks on NMN I could not sleep. I had to get off it and I started sleeping again. I’m 61 and work out 4 times a week. My diet is carnivore. I’m guessing I get all the vitamins and minerals I need . The supplement just didn’t work for me.
Ответитьthe study has very little value. It can conclude absolutely nothing since its n=36. Its the type of study that can only suggest we need MORE research with thousands of participants.
Ответить🤔…..I want to see some more comprehensive studies on humans. Studies with larger groups, double blind/placebo….AND I also would like to know what happens to individuals who take NMN for a long period of time (say for example, like 1 year, or 2 years) and then they completely stop taking it.
In other words, is there a cumulative benefit of taking MNM that remains and/or declines slowly? Or would studies find that the body quickly returns to pre-supplementation of NMN?
I think that supplementation by older adults of creatine is a good example of what I’m asking here. Creatine has been shown to be very beneficial - particularly for older adults who are very active, I.e., resistance training, and high intensity training. Gains in muscle size/strength, and bone density have been confirmed in studies. However, once the individual stops taking creatine, the body returns rather quickly to pre-supplementation condition.
I’ve been getting off meds and even felt tired just walking. It’s been HELL. I just started taking NMN+ and I actually had energy to walk my dogs today and feel like I can run a mile! I’m not sure how long this will last but I’m taking advantage of it. I got a months worth and will keep taking it. Even if it only works today just having the energy is a godsend. And want to be clear it’s not a jittery kinda energy like coffee or any drug. It’s a very calm energy where I can sleep if I really wanted to or go out and not be dragging. It’s very nice to feel energetic again.
ОтветитьSomeone else was feeling decrease in libido ? And testosterone?
ОтветитьI've been taking NMN (1g) and trans-resveratrol (500mg) supplements for 6 months, and I've noticed increased hair loss. My hair is thinning, and my scalp is showing. Has anyone experienced this? Any advice?
ОтветитьNice glasses and nice video
ОтветитьNMN of donotage - very bad and causes stomach damage
Taking 1 gram of MNM and I feel stomach pain like a burn in the stomach taking NMN
Not buying anymore
I was taking it during bipolar depression episodes. And it helps the episodes end faster and not be as bad. And now it is harder to get. And I don't have any on hand while in a current depressive episode. I did just order some from do not age though.
ОтветитьWhere can we obtain this product you mentioned at the end of your show? It looks as though the FDA has once again collaborated with the pharmaceutical industry to keep us from being proactive about our own longevity
ОтветитьThis shit does nothing, stop misinforming people. Listen to Dr Brad instead of this scammer
ОтветитьHas anyone experienced gastrointestinal issues after taking NMN?
ОтветитьSince the NMN improved arterial stiffness, did it lower BP?
Ответитьthing i have heard is cheaper niacin is likely to have the same effect as this is what the liver breaks NMN down to any way, is that possible. you speak of improved blood levels of NAD, is the blood where it benefits us, or does it need to get into the muscles and other cells, if so, do we have evidence of that? This is not to say it doesnt work, just there are still unanswered questions. I guess what I am saying is something like it getting into your blood could well be a strawman argument, yes it does, but that doesnt mean they are beneficial, which is the surly actual argument
ОтветитьI'm not surprised. The salvage pathway enables using the same NAD+ over and over and over again. Thank you for your posting on the salvage pathway. I've shared it with many other people. It was very informative, very useful, and very clear.
ОтветитьI'm asian and always look young even in my 30s. But I look younger with NMN.
ОтветитьLike many this suplement is expensive for normal people keep up with
ОтветитьGreat interview! I do wish we could get more info on using MB with retinoids. I know she talked about how they have “opposite” mechanisms of action and their website recommends using retinoids elsewhere on the body. But….I guess I have FOMO. 🤣 I don’t want to miss out, apparently. LOL I’m just not willing to give up my tretinoin for something so novel. I would, however, be interested in finding a way to incorporate them both. I thought perhaps opposite times of day but I’m getting the impression that’s not advised. Bummer!
ОтветитьNMN is overpriced garbage. Just get niacin and use the money you save to get other longevity molecules. NMN is the least effective way to increase NAD levels/reverse aging.
ОтветитьAlso remember to take with a healthy fat. Helps absorb better.
ОтветитьDavid Sinclair is a snake !
ОтветитьC-akg is superior as anti aging
ОтветитьI think the reason why they chose 250mg it’s because it’s been proven that that’s a safe amount for humans.
ОтветитьNo differences seen..only high price product ..🙃🤡🥴🧐😖
ОтветитьI hope everyone here is doing what they can in their countries to push back on David Sinclair's attempt to get NMN banned as a supplement.
ОтветитьI have been using the withings body cardio scales for many years.
Whenever I start taking 500mg again consistently, my ‘vascular age’ readings plummet below the recommended ‘optimal zone’ for my age.. saying I’m 5+ years younger.. it always freaks me out a bit, like somethings going wrong in my body.
In the summertime when I’m ice bathing at zero degrees Celsius for 10 mins, it’s even more pronounced.
This is terrible news for the American Medical establishment...cured patients are bad for business!
ОтветитьNMN and Berberine I take high doses above 500mg. People actually say I look younger and they don’t know I take it. I have more energy and am happier in myself.
ОтветитьAwesome! Thanks for relating that study back to us in a direct and easy to understand. 👍
ОтветитьShill
ОтветитьIt wrecked my sleep even taking it at 5am when I wake up. I was only taking 250mg for nearly two weeks. I stopped and the poor quality sleep persists. Prior to this my sleep tracker would daily have me in the top 99% for sleep quality.
ОтветитьYou call yourself Dr X. What are you are doctor in?
ОтветитьI being taking it for 2 months and nothing has changed or improved. I’m not wasting $100 a month anymore. I think it’s a scam tbh
ОтветитьHow and whain I get nmn subliment in Nepal
ОтветитьI’ve never taken that much Nmn in 1 day, most people know that 500mg is the optimal dose and large doses cause demethylation
ОтветитьGreat video and I love to see more human studies are coming out on NMN
ОтветитьCan someone please tell me the difference between taking NMN and niacin (nicotinic acid, the type that gives the niacin flush)? As far as I can tell, they both do almost exactly the same thing, with niacin well-established as a potent NAD activator, especially in muscle tissue. Niacin also boasts many cardiovascular health benefits, including lowering LDL while increasing HDL. In fact, high-dose niacin is used as a prescription med for exactly this. Yet niacin is a fraction of the price of NMN. And I mean a FRACTION. It's so cheap and easily purchased. So what's the difference? I assume this is all marketing hype for supplement and pharma companies to make a lot of money from NMN, since they cannot do the same with ultra-inexpensive niacin.
ОтветитьNothing stops aging and death. NMN doesn't do anything. I've taken it on and off for years. Getting old is a terrible fate, and happens quickly. We decay from 40 onwards. Aging is horrible
ОтветитьNMN is an amazing supplement. I get mine from Genetic Labs Australia. I take 500mg and feel amazing, energy levels are like I’m 20 years old again
ОтветитьFood for the Cancer Gods. Pathways for good as well as bad cells.
