same problem, GPU Usage only 50%??

hi, what FPS do you get with
1. DLSS quality and the same settings
2. 1440p high texture low Shadows and HBAO and SSR off?

i'm playing with 2. right now with the 5800x3d an a rx 5700xt. it looks fine for me, but i get around the same fps linke in the video. I consider upgrading, but only if with this settings i will get to over 100fps consitently. Would you mind testing this for me plz?

uhh are you somehow maxing out on ram. i get about the same fps with my 3060ti

Just got the 4070ti yesterday, and cant run more than 80-90 fps on streets considering that my gpu usage is usually <50%, and cpu(i7 8086k) <50%.
If you want the 4070ti just for takov you better get 3070ti, i get the same pefromance, see not difference between the gpu's

There something wrong. I had more than 150fps with 5800x3d and 2080Ti with my old System.
