I was only about 13 years old when this video came out, and have loved it ever since. The whole band looks like they're just having 2 much fun, like they were playing in one of the guys' garage. That one drummer looks a lot like the wrestler Jake Roberts, BTW.

OK where was that guy at the 50th anniversary and where were all those great songs that he sang this is bullshit I’m so disappointed in that show 2023 at Mohegan Sun. How lame.

I remember when this came out. The Doobies had begun their recording career twenty years earlier at this point, but I still thought "Man, this kicks ass!" Full disclosure: I prefer my Doobs with Johnston at the helm.

Love love love this video. Shows a a group of wonderful musicians that absolutely love playing their music. Saw the Doobies in 1975 in Asheville NC. I was 16. Thanks for the memories your songs gave to my life!

Damn, that whole percussion backline of Hossack, LaKind and now Hartman are now gone. I remember when this video dropped in '88 and they all looked so excited to be back together here with Billy Payne on piano.
