Officially leader of opposition was recognised in 1969 for the first time, however it got statutory recognition in 1977only.

Article 324 के अनुसार कानून अभी तक नही बना। नियुक्ति गलत प्रक्रिया से हो रही थी। Parliament  ने आज तक गलत काम किया। Supreme कोर्ट औफ़ इडिया balance approach रक्खे, पार्लियामेंट मन मानी करती रहे।

आज तक Cinstitution के article 324 को ना मानने के  लिये पार्लियामेंट पर contempt priceedungs  होनी चाहिये। 


Committee के मेम्बर्सईलेक्शन के beneficiary नही हो सकते।
