I refuse to work under pressure. I will never say that in an interview. I'd rather am not hired than say I can work under pressure. The type of stress I have undergone because of work related pressure, never again!

I wouldn't hire Richard :) He is telling how great and smart he is and how he enjoys working under pressure without any real evidence. So, the interviewer inevitably will see only BS in it. What you really should do is lead the interviewer to the conclusion that you're great and smart and that you can work under pressure without saying it directly. This interview is just a bunch of standard questions and book answers. Might be ok for a junior or a trainee PM.
