Guys the best outreach method is by reference. Nothing can beat the good old word of mouth. Ask family, friends or ex co-workers if they know someone and could reference you.

Without taking the learning curve into consideration, cold email is at least a C tier. The offer is what matters most and the best offers win. I think its the best outreach method for dictating whether you actually have a good offer and service that the market wants.
