ОтветитьHi! Love this, but ...'the leg back foot out' moves (like frog) need a warning. Hip replacement doc said it can pop an artificial hip out. I couldn't do this one.

ОтветитьI’m using this sequence and another one you do to help me stretch and get my body moving again after being super sedentary and overweight for awhile. This is helping me in so many ways. It’s just the right amount of time for me and yet I feel so much less pain in my body immediately after. I can’t thank you enough. Plus your voice is so soothing and supportive. Thank you so much!

ОтветитьThank you Maris, for this practice. I woke up this morning feeling rather tired. And this was perfect for me. I have a question - mandukasana - should the hips be moving towards the floor? Or do they stay up in the air? I was not able to bring my hips down.
