Nice video, thank you so much. What brand of scope ate you using on your air rifle in the video?
ОтветитьIm looking for a video that show how to to break this gun down i believe the seals blew in mine it has no pressure and wont fire
ОтветитьHow do you uncock the gun without shooting a pellet
ОтветитьGreat video! Straight forward and to the point. Thank you.
ОтветитьWhy not a bore snake you pull it one way and done
ОтветитьAnd what about the clean part? How to clean the gun?
ОтветитьJust bought a game swarm maxim gen 2. This video is great. Just what I needed to know! Thank you!
ОтветитьExcellent. I think I would clean the barrel thoroughly with this method and then, at the last step, instead of putting a normal pellet in there (as to not dry fire it) I would send a cleaner pellet through there as the final way to clear it.
ОтветитьI load 2 cotton pellets Soaked in the Noyle. I put one through the magazine and gem one through the front of the nozzle all the way down the barrel. Then shoot through, would that damage my piston because the pellet at to light and it acts like a dry fire?
ОтветитьDoes Kent realise that where he called the part of the barrel the crown, that there is 3 inches of a baffled silencer inside the shroud?
ОтветитьI was not clear about using a cleaning pellet that was hand loaded. Do you also shoot it with a lead pellet to propel it, or just the cleaning pellet by itself?
ОтветитьThis video is helpful
ОтветитьCan you shot slugs out of the G2
ОтветитьWhy not do this without the magazine in?
Ответитьanybody know if hoppes cleaning solvent or hoppes gun oil are ok to use?
Ответить@Shooting Gear Reviews
ОтветитьNot sure why I never subbed but subbed. Love my Gamo
ОтветитьAnd when you cock it without the magazine? can't you reach into the barrel then?
ОтветитьDid he just say load one of the clean pellets into the barrel then load a real pellet behind it and shoot both thru at the same time?
ОтветитьWhy does mag have to be left in?also I hear that cloth patches get caught up in silencer like on gamo magnums?
ОтветитьNice !!!
ОтветитьPerfect. Contrats!!!!
ОтветитьNot sure, but I don't think you are supposed to shoot the cleaning pellet. I think you are supposed to push them through the barrel. Shooting them would be like dry firing the gun...
Ответитьthat is the golden tip....thanks!!
ОтветитьExcuse me sir I was wondering is the magazine for the swarm Magnum the same as the fusion 22 I had ordered a magazine for my swarm Magnum it's a generation 2 magazine that kind of lays down on the top but the little red release latch is not on this one and the top of it is flat but it still fits the swarm Magnum and it is a 22 caliber some I don't want to try it unless someone tells me for sure that this will be compatible with this.
ОтветитьBeen needing to do this for a while and wasn't sure how. Thanks!
ОтветитьThank you for showing us a simple an easy way to do this.
ОтветитьBefore I watched your video, I loaded a cotton pellet similar to those you showed, but I did not add a pellet behind it or remove the silencer. I shot it out and it came out in two pieces. Should I use that cleaning liquid number 9 on it?
ОтветитьI have some of the cotton pellets to clean the barrel. Are you saying to load one of those into the barrel, then place the pellet into the cartridge and shoot, forcing the cotton thru the barrel by the pellet?
ОтветитьGreat video and explanation. Thanks for passing this along.
ОтветитьAside from that, MANY thanks for this info. Been stressing on "how-to"
ОтветитьWhy doesn't Gamo tell us this in the maintenance section of the manual?
ОтветитьNice stuff. Can you guys do a video of how to clean 1st Gen ? thanks
ОтветитьOk so I have a gamo bone collector. In the process of cleaning I got a patch stuck in the baffles. Does anyone know how to take those baffles apart? It seems like it’s affecting my accuracy quite a bit. If anyone could help that would be great
ОтветитьUsing oil based lubricant is not only bad for dieseling, but it's also bad for the seals in the nitro cylinder. You need to use an air gun designed lubricant that won't attack the rubber in the seals which is silicone based. Also, if you use a bore snake in an air rifle, do not use one with a brush as it will damage the bore. There aren't any copper or carbon deposits in the barrel of an air rifle like there is in a typical rifle so you don't need to "scrub" the barrel. A smooth bore snake without a brush is sufficient.
ОтветитьHey Dollar Sportsman,
Thanks again for a great video.
Did you ever touch base with Ben or your other buddies at Pyramyd Air or Gamo about sponsoring a Gamo Hog Hunt/ BBQ for charity/benefit for homeless vets? If so, would love to hear what were their responses.
Anyway, thanks again.
Stay Safe, Be Well, God Bless.
😎 nice information
ОтветитьThat looks so much easier to do than some other videos I've seen. Thank you. Did you happen to test to see if those patches fit in the magazine with no issues during firing them?
ОтветитьSaludos y gracias por el tutorial de cómo limpiar los rifles 👍
ОтветитьLove my max.gen2 that thing is a laser at 35yds with( red fire) just as good as my TX200hc😎
ОтветитьI have the Gen 1, what about cleaning that?
ОтветитьMy "pull through" is a long loop of 30# test fishing monofilament line, Works great.
ОтветитьThank you! I enjoyed watching. I didn't know the magazine trick.
