I think your choice of the borders and sashing is perfect, it just looks cozy.
ОтветитьNice 👍🏾. A lot of work 😊
ОтветитьNot a fan, the white strips are to much.
ОтветитьLove this. And, my! You're really skilled at rotory cutting from all angles! (I'm not good at that!) When I can use a rotating cutting board I do that--but, I can see how learning to rotory cut from all angles would save time. Also, I love the blade saver cutter to cut threads!
ОтветитьI'm so happy to see there is someone else out there that finds joy in flying by the seat of the pants.... I LOVE your work! Beiing creative is so therapeutic!!!! Thank You.... Hugs, GrammaBabs
ОтветитьI never thought to sew scraps that way, I will try it next time. Good job.
ОтветитьYou do such beautiful work! You are truly a fabric lover…👍🏻💖👵🏻
ОтветитьLooks like you still had some scraps from that old sheet?! Wow, what a gift that was. That old thing just kept giving and giving, didn't it? Got any more left? 😊
ОтветитьCharity quilts are my new passion.
ОтветитьLovely 😊
ОтветитьThanks for sharing
ОтветитьLove your scrappy quilts!
ОтветитьGorgeous outcome!
ОтветитьI'm a scrapoholic! Loved watching.
ОтветитьGreat video. Scrapping is my favorite. Adding the strip long or short is a great idea. I am going to try it. Maybe with a plain color or colors. I don’t have a lot of scrap colors so have just mixed my colors but think all one color would be a nice lap quilt. I am finding that when pressing if I do open seams much less bulk especially the smaller pieces of fabric
ОтветитьWhat a fun project! Love the idea of adding the 2 1/2 inch strips to the scraps. 😊
ОтветитьGreat process video. You are inspirational using up your scraps.
ОтветитьYou have a wonderful sewing setup. How do you like your machine?
ОтветитьI love scrappy quilts, thanks for sharing your technique. Beautiful colors nicely done, happy sewing!
ОтветитьAnnette thank you so much for all your content!!! I love how the scraps come together- making a new piece that will be loved by someone🥰
Question- being newer to quilting how would one find out how/where to find charity options!!??! ❤️😀
I’m not understanding what your talking about- could you please explain?!?
❤️😀
😳😝🤣❤️😀
ОтветитьNew viewer, new subscriber! This was so much fun to watcch!
ОтветитьI find when you are doing these kind of scrappy crumb blocks, you still need a consistent fabric to anchor, or the results are too chaotic
ОтветитьI love sewing my little scrap together. You never know how they will turn out but it's always good!! Thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьBonjour. C’est toujours un réel plaisir de suivre vos transformations de chutes de tissus en une jolie courtepointe. Merci pour cela. Régine 🇫🇷
ОтветитьI just love watching you sew scraps. I have a big garbage bag full that I need to start working on 😂
ОтветитьI love scrappy quilts. Your inclusion of the white strips to the blocks added a lot of interest.
ОтветитьI really enjoyed your video. I too have a mountain of scraps that I want to use up and get out of my sewing room!
ОтветитьThis is exactly what I need to do. Thanks for sharing yours. 👍❤️😊
ОтветитьThank you for sharing. I like to elongate m ruler so that the blocks don't look so random. Elongating the ruler gives it interest and visual texture.
ОтветитьI enjoy your videos! Thank you!
ОтветитьDo I spy that thrift store green and yellow sheet amongst those scraps? Wow, that sheet has been the gift that keeps on giving. Aren't you tired of that sheet by now? I probably would have burned it by now.
ОтветитьI subscribed for 2 reasons great videos and you have the same machine as I do and I have questions about it. I tried quilting on it and can't get the tension to work Only during quilting? I've tried upper and lower tension adjustments.
ОтветитьNew subscriber- you came up in my feed. Thank you for filming. I like voice-over videos and love scrap projects! Looking forward to watching your other videos. ⚘️
ОтветитьGreat job! The use of floral sashing makes a nice change, looks really good. 🇦🇺
ОтветитьSuper cute 😊
ОтветитьVery nice video! Love watching you bring your scraps to life!
ОтветитьBrilliant, thank you! So inspirational. Deb xx 🤗
ОтветитьI enjoyed watching your video very much. I think the quilt is great & so well put together. It all went well together. This was an inspiration for sure. Thank you.
Ответить❤ really lovely use of scraps, great looking quilt. Thanks for sharing x
ОтветитьI really love watching you sew all of these little units together! What a great way to use up all of your fabric! It’s getting so expensive! I think scrappy quilts like this are my favorite!
ОтветитьIsn’t it amazing that you can make such a lovely quilt using a pile of scraps 🤩 I think adding those white strips helps bring everything together without it looking messy 😃 Great idea 👏👏🇬🇧
