Ответить2023 friends
Ответить"This is mourning"
ОтветитьJust heard this recently and a mountain of memories came back 😀
ОтветитьLike probably many of you, I remember fondly making 'mixed (cassette) tapes.' And I did have several that could 'sink the sun.' Great song. Wonderful lyrics.
ОтветитьThis song brings up so many memories from my teenage years, but mostly painful ones, like a break up I had with someone I though was my fated one.
Now I feel like I want to remember, I'm sad yes, but is part of Life.
Somehow I miss those times.
liked mb
ОтветитьI am Jack's inadequacy.
ОтветитьI remember this song played on OTH and I started listening to this group but never watched the video until now.
ОтветитьThis is morning
That's when I spend the most time
Thinking 'bout what I've given up
This is a warning
When you start the day just to close the curtains
You're thinking 'bout what I've given up
Where are you now?
As I'm swimming through the stereo
I'm writing you a symphony of sound
Where are you now?
As I rearrange the songs again
This mix could burn a hole in anyone
But it was you I was thinking of
I read your letter
The one you left when you broke into my house
Retracing every step you made
And you said you meant it
And there's a piece of me in every single
Second of every single day
But if it's true then tell me how it got this way
Where are you now?
As I'm swimming through the stereo
I'm writing you a symphony of sound
Where are you now?
As I rearrange the songs again
This mix could burn a hole in anyone
But it was you I was thinking of
And I can't get to you
I can't get to you
I can't get to you (you, you)
Where are you now?
As I'm swimming through the stereo
I conduct a symphony of sound
Where are you now?
As I'm cutting through you track by track
I swear to God this mix could sink the sun
But it was you I was thinking of
And where are you now?
And where are you now?
And this is my mixed tape for her
It's like I wrote every note
With my own fingers
One Tree hill
ОтветитьI’m so mad! I liked this song and used to watch it on Vh1. Didn’t know OTH at the time and probably started watching like two years later.
ОтветитьOne Tree Hill <3
ОтветитьWhose here in 2023?
ОтветитьAaaaaaah yes. A Goodie. Also a nice touch to show Peyton from One Tree Hill. 🙂
ОтветитьOTH by far is the one show with the best music
ОтветитьWho’s here in 2022
ОтветитьAnd just like that..... I am instantly teleported back to '08 and I'm wearing chucks and a band T that is 3-sizes too small.
ОтветитьOne Tree Hill was more than a show.
Ответитьi used to play a game called dance in like 2006 with this song and if u didnt play for like a week it would make ur character rlly fat
ОтветитьI listen to this song all the time , it's just something about it that has that old music vibe ya know? Like it keeps you coming back not only because it sounds good to the ear but it's a real life relating story ya know? Not some gibberish about I'm rich and demeaning women or talking about not giving a shit
ОтветитьPog 2008 nostalgia.
Ответить32 year old me is reminiscing about a version of myself I'm ashamed exists. Sorry Seanna, I still have that mix...ed cd.
ОтветитьOkay 2022 vibes
Ответить0p
ОтветитьThis song is definitely a time capsule to that time. You can't cut a mixtape for your crush. This is neat
ОтветитьPeyton!!!! P.Sawyer
ОтветитьJm could have been Huge. Iove these guys
ОтветитьWhy am I watching this in 2022?
ОтветитьDoes anyone else feel depressed after finishing OTH? Like it was my family and I grew up with them through all the hardships and good times and when it ended I felt like I lost someone so special, and my heart broke a little because I can never experience it again for the first time ☹️
ОтветитьApril 2022
ОтветитьOTH used to put the soundtrack credits in the show and that was genius!
ОтветитьThis song still makes my heart skip a beat.
ОтветитьI’m writing you a symphony of sound ❤️
Ответить❤️
ОтветитьFinally found this gem. Took years to find.
ОтветитьI know 70s Rock n Roll was considered to be the Golden Age of rock back then … but come on our generation is more than capable of producing very good music that brings back awesome memories …. Great track thanks for posting
ОтветитьThey don't make sad boy songs like this anymore.
ОтветитьThis song sounds like a dorm room.
ОтветитьWhen I first heard that song I was like wow this is good music no lie. This is my top song by them
ОтветитьBut why didn’t she cut in or use painter’s tape?
Ответить2022 and this a song for a entire life (30 yrs old) :)
ОтветитьTaken from the music heard on The WB's most-watched drama show: "One Tree Hill".
ОтветитьThe red room records.
Ответитьi love this song so much
ОтветитьStill is
Ответитьwhat year are you now?
ОтветитьOTH had the best soundtrack ever for a show. Multiple of the songs in the show are great and the choruses to them randomly pop up into my head. Just like this one did 3 years later. Lol cheers OTH fans! Still going strong!
