I think it's important, for health reasons, to have the crotch piece which faces the skin, be made of 100% cotton. Also, I'm thinking about making panties to coordinate the dresses I make.

Complete beginner here, is that white material you're using the best material to use to protect the genital areas? I notice my partner scratching their nether regions and I know they do not have STIs and the detergent we're using is fairly okay for the skin.
