Subtle Kitchen Design Details I'm Loving

Series of square boxes. Let me add to that, series of "heavy" square boxes. The room looks chunky. Can you take a look at island that are more like furniture, having legs or a recessed stand that makes it look like its floating. Im thinking of doing that style. Thanks.

Could you do a review of kitchen sinks? I'm particularly interested in the workstation kitchen sinks and wonder if they're worth investing in

I like that shark nose edge. I don't think it would work for a 3cm thick countertop though. Or at least, it might make it feel or seem slimmer and I want it to look "massive". So we're going for a straight edge.
