hi, where can i find the amc script?
ОтветитьInteresting talk. I'm mostly familiar with ArchiCAD and pass through Cinema 4D (about the same workflow). In that workflow, we avoid procedural materials to begin with. But it is important to assign textures, as materials with solid colours (very common with architectural models) don't contain UV coordinates and that makes it very hard to use in Unity.
I did encounter problems with light mapping, as the geometry from CAD or BIM software often has "hidden" faces (e.g. the top of one wall which coincides with the bottom of the wall above. This is no problem in the CAD/BIM software, but gives ugly artefacts for the Ambient Occlusion calculations. This is unfortunate, as real-time lights double the geometry to be processed in Unity, which slows everything down, especially on mobile.
Where can I find this script? I have been looking everywhere for the amc script
ОтветитьNo light baking? hmmm
ОтветитьGreat video! I am a designer in London. Can we do the same using Rhino?
ОтветитьWhy are there still no grids in Unity? This is one of the biggest flaws in Unity: Level Designing. Why do you need to pay for pro grids or pro builder to get a good workflow to make maps and levels?
Ответитьvery nice.. thank you !
ОтветитьWhy? There are many other countries that watch this videos
ОтветитьDo you work with Autodesk tools? Watch Carl Callewaert's Unite talk on architectural visualization and learn how to virtually walk through your project in no time!
ОтветитьHello. Is it possible in future titles in the video in Russian?
ОтветитьHe use Windows on MacBook?
Ответитьthank you so much for sharing this!
