I was today years old when I found out this isn't the original music video for this song. It fits so well I never even knew.

This song and music video remind me of going to see my best friend, now girlfriend when she was living in New York. The train would empty out and it was just...yeah.

The music becoming more and more intense as he comes close to the end of the rail, the music becoming more depressing and hitting deep when the train is in the water. Etc. I wish the band would like allow this music to have this animation

people are saying that this song fits better with the animation then the original and... it doesn't? there's a total tone difference between this music and the animation, dips in the emotion dont fit into the animation either. Though its not completely a heavy song or really fast, it doesnt fit well with the slow and somber feel of the animation.

Even though the animation is absolutely gorgeous and the original song is really cute too, I didn't like the music video this was taken from that much.
Amazing how playing a different track and taking out just a few seconds of video can create something that resonates so much more with me.
I really like how the music becomes gradually more intense as the train accelerates, and the drop just as the main character lands is just beautiful.
And cutting out some of the animation that shows how the stars work to keep it ambiguous is just genius.

6 year's ago my classmate was killed by gun fire . She was innocent she got cough in between the fire . She was just 19 year's old . One week after i found this song and loved it . The main character in this video is exactly what she would look like if you would do a drowning of her . No everytime I listen to this song it reminds me of her ...

This needs to be a movie or a show.
