Interestingly enough I have been eating more carbs lately (gluten free cinnamon buns instead of keto buns for example) and I can’t help feeling it has something to do with that. Also, my daily mood is not as good. Sorry, I know, this isn’t a nutrition video. Lol! I just wanted to say thanks for this! Great video! I needed it.

ОтветитьI love this video, i can't count how many times i've done it but the booty drop and the toes pointed in hanamanasana feel absolutely amazing and give such a good stretch to body parts that are hard to get into. I've been doing SBY videos for over a year since discovering the pregnancy series when pregnant with my first, the variety and length available is an incredible resource and they are free. Thank you Sarah Beth, I have taken so much comfort and care from your beautiful teaching. NAMASTE

Felt a little left hanging in the downward dog today, but still appreciate this extra slow stretch. Namaste.
I know this is an old one but I'm a hefty guy and found it uncomfortable to sit on my heel like that, is there a specific way to sit so it doesn't cause discomfort

This is the biggest slow stretch in the world and I loved it!
GREAT STRETCH BUT I HAD TROUBLE WITH POSE ON SIDE;IS THERE A MODIFICATION?
ОтветитьI cannot say I liked it but that's me, not the yoga flow. I absolutely hate the feeling of stretching in my legs. The upper body feels like a massage and bottom feels like a torture. I need both so I am just taking it in, slowly and maybe one day I will get used to to the feeling.
