Crackshot is a another good one to use during the 2nd and 1st phase

Just equip crackshot so that almost all your shots hit.

My strategy: For the first phase, just use crackshot and focus on not getting hit and getting rid of enemies when they appear. For the second phase, use the crackshot and stay on the bottom using smoke bomb to dash through the red lasers and getting rid of any enemies that come. For the third phase, just use crackshot to hit the boss while avoiding everything with smoke bomb or running away.

Here’s an alternate tactic.
Use the crackshot for the first phase since it lets you clear the screen of the enemies.
Same for the second phase since it lets you focus on dodging the music while hurting the enemy.
For the third phase, the twist-up is good if you stay on the first floor, but the crackshot works too.

Edit: If you’re fine with not using Ms. Chalice, I recommend using twin hearts with the Djimmi secret wish to increase your survivability from the bullet hell that is the first phase. I also recommend the coffee since it lets you save up cards to quickly defeat the anteater.
If you do use Ms. Chalice, crouch right next to the edge of the screen and invincibility roll to basically be invincible during the second phase.

I actually found this fight easier using the crackshot on phases 1, 2, and 4, while I used the twist-up on phase 3.

I found the roundabout extremely helpful as well. One thing I also found to come in handy is when the second phase comes in you can actually use a full charge shot immediately followed by an EX attack to take a pretty sizeable chunk of her health right off the bat. Also since the anteater's nose appears for a very short amount of time before shooting out the tongue, charging up a charge shot for every time it pops out will give you more DPS due to its high burst damage. It requires a bit more skill and precision but it's a lot faster than using the Chaser (the green weapon).

I cheesed the second part with Miss chalice by using roundabout and facing the left corner wall and when the red notes come I roll into the corner every time basically being invisible
