UPD: turned off VPN now it works.

I did this but cannot see the other computers in the network. What am I doing wrong. Does it have to do that the 2nd computer is connected through Wifi? It's a Laptop without ethernet port.

Does on PC1, should I mark "allow remote connections to this computer" or the " don't allow remote connections to this computer"

I'm using win10 on my dekestop, and win11 on my laptop. Now the two computer are seeing eachother in the networks, but both ask for user log into connect to the other one. Does anybody know what could be the problem, or how can I assign users to the computers?
