Why this game is not released globally?

I can’t get the battle pass

anyone knows another way how to get the parts for syndicate faster; I bought the battle pass since it started i only reach 31 parts every time i reach like 2500 it says all challenges completed then i have to wait till the next 20 hours. any suggestions

Still waiting for cross play

Somebody else from Brazil here too..? I Can't play the game 'cause of a extreme high ping (like 200 or 350) and really bad connection.. And when i can, lag a looooot, or the match don't work, waiting players who already are in there, letting me paralyzed in the map, or taking a lot longer to find matches more than it should (like 10 minutes or more), and when i can finally join one, happens what i said. ;w;
Can you guys fix it? Just.. A dedicated brazilian server, or an entire south america server.. I really love to play this game, but, in this way, i simply cannot play annymore, because the the game itself does not allow me to have fun.
Anyone who have the same problem, tell me down bellow! Plz Plz
