A los que les esté dando el error aún después de hacer lo dijo el pana, metanse en proteus, vayan a dónde dice system y luego system settings, ahí cambien las carpetas para que coincidan con las que copiaron a la carpeta DATA ya después de ahí cierren y abran de nuevo proteus y les van a salir las librerías

En caso de no tener la carpeta "Labcenter Electronics" en ProgramData, que debería hacer?. Lo digo porque desde ahi copias los archivos para que te funcione bien.
