I agree, I love my X-T1! I also have a wonderful X-T3 (also bought at a bargain price) but the X-T1 is the first camera I grab to shoot photos.

I'm very late indeed to this video but really enjoyed it, and the comparison photos between the X-T1 and X-T2 clearly showed the differences between the two cameras. The photographs shown are fantastic, I think, and far better than anything I could take.

I just recently got the xt-10 (same sensor, cheaper camera) and I am absolutely in love with it, the images out of this sensor are wonderful, its always with me when I leave my door, and I love the actual act of photography with it, absolutely agree with you on the sensor

Hi I just moved from sony a7ii to fuji x-t2… Is it normal that the output does not match how the image on the screen looks? Like I mean before and after capturing? How do I get the exact output like the one I saw on the screen?

I go to the quick menu and I go to C1 to change the settings. The settings I make in C1 after goes to basic and C1 goes back to what it was before I changed it. What am I missing?

Will this replace a nikon d300? Or is more like a x100s?

I have the XT1, 2 and 20.

Here's what I found interesting is that recently I put together a portfolio for a local newspaper that hired me. When I put the portfolio together, about 90% of the photos were with the XT1. So I'm not going to come out and say "wow, this is magic," but I can say were there such a thing as having mojo, this camera has it.

Totally agree about image quality it produces. There are only two digital cameras of all time that i put in this category... a Nikon D700 and a Fujifilm X-T1✨✨

I was thinking to buy one good camera for my travelling and was caught up with XS20 ads. While I talked to my friend he let me try his XT1 and the camera just produce the photo exactly as I want.

A few years ago, my wife did upholstery jobs , we took pictures of the chairs, tried to get the pictures colours as close as original product. We tried many cameras but Fuji was excellent just out of the box , jpg , not any corrections...now have A6400 but thinking to buy a Fuji ...

I like this Fuji as well, perhaps just as much as the X-E1. Not long ago I bougt the Fuji T30 mark II and I am not happy with that camera. I also never film. 😊😊

For me it’s not just the size, but mainly THE WEIGHT. I sold my XT4 after a year and kept my XT1. If you don’t need video, it’s still an amazing camera.

Hello, the question may be funny, maybe not, but the situation is annoying, it's about photos with a lamp. Rarely, but sometimes I take pictures with a flash, I have an old Metz in which self-automation works great, so I use it. The only problem is that when I had an SLR camera, whatever I would set (time, aperture) in the viewfinder, it was always bright, in the case of Fuji XT1, if I set it indoors in the evening to 1/180s, it gets dark in the viewfinder because it brightens or darkens the image on an ongoing basis, depending on from the set parameters, so when I took these photos, I could barely see anything. It's impossible that it can't be set somehow so that the viewfinder doesn't react to changing the exposure, but I don't know how to do it.

Sold looks like I've found a second body for my XT3.

I think I'm going to take the plunge. I'm going to buy this little gem. Looks like a GREAT backup with the X-t4. Plus it doesn't cost the world.

I just purchased one last night with only 500 shutter clicks with lens for $410. I'm parking my Nikon D7000 as I feel I need to get into mirrorless cameras and this particular camera seems to have excellent reviews everywhere. Great video BTW

This is a great detailed video with amazing images ! I picked up a XT-1 in nov 2022 for 350 with 4k shutter count and it is a absolutely great camera for shooting today !. I bought a x100v 2 years ago and that was my introduction to the fun but addicting world of Fujifilm .

I came from Canon with the 5D Mark III camera. An excellent full frame camera. but when I bought a used camera on Ebay, Fujifilm X-20 of only 12 mega pixels I was blown away by Fujifilm's X system. So I followed all the evolution of fuji cameras from 2012 until now. It took some time to get rid of the 5D Mark III but when I started seeing used Fujifil cameras at a bargain price I decided to get rid of the Canon and bought a used X-H1 and an X-T10 straight away. Then I was focused on the XT1 and bought a used one on Ebay. I am awaiting your arrival. But I don't think I'll stop here. Because I think all Fujifilm X cameras are fabulous cameras and are starting to be collector's and even cult cameras. So, as far as I can, I will acquire as many Fujifilm cameras as I can with time. The next one that is in the crosshairs of my desires is the Xe1, the X-pro1 and the XT2. And so on...with time...
For a long time I knew that the XT1 was a case apart at Fujifilm... the beauty of its photos, the beauty of the camera itself, I wanted to buy a T1 and now because the prices of used ones have dropped I bought one that I'm looking forward to for using it...

I literally just picked up an X-T1 in Sept of 2022, for basically nothing. It came with the 10-24mm lens that I really wanted. After having it for a few days, I was in love with it! My Fuji journey has been: X70 > X-T20 > X-T2 > X-T3. I replaced the X70 with the X-T20, then after using the X-T2 for bird photography, moved on to the X-T3 and sold the X-T2. Never did I think I would go "backwards" to the X-T1, but for walking around and shooting, I absolutely love it! And it's so small! The same size as my X-T20 with minimal grip. I'll never sell this little gem!

I had moved from Nikon full frame to the Fuji X series and have never looked back since, love my XT1.. the photos were so good.. I couldnt really get the same vibe with the XT3..

What lens would you recommend for the X-T1?

I just bought for 290€ and this camera is really great! I have the XS10 ans this XT1has nothing to envy to the new generation (in photo). Great quality, premium object 8 years ago. I enjoy to buy it =)

It's so funny...when we can get new gear we become childish gadget fanboys....but after years we buy back what we once sold or threw away....
I am still using my X-T1 since it came out mostly with the 18-135 as my main travel camera. this lens is the best superzoom i ever owned and better than a lot of primes that i have...
interestingly i am also a Pentax fanboy and Leica....you know what? the superold Pentax K10 still produces the best colors i have ever seen in a digital camera - due to its old CCD technology....
even the newest Leicas can't beat it (for me...). nevertheless i need to go with the best compromise and so the K10 is not in use any more because its so damn bad in low light and speed. But the X-T1 is my travel workhorse

Q: I sold my xt1 many years ago 😢. Every jpeg came out so beautiful that I stopped using LR and only used VSCO. Do you think for weddings I should buy the XT1 again or spend the $$$ get the XT4 ? Asking cuz wedding photogs say dual card slots is mandatory.

This review was the deciding factor in buying the X-T1...and I have to say, the color, quality of images out of this camera is more preferred than my X-T4. Love your passion - it's quite inspiring
