ОтветитьBecause of theses hacks I managed to succeed my goal, and I’ve been doing this for months or I will forget how to do it, if you want to learn to do the splits I recommend you do theses three hacks every single day for 1 min, they you will get it really quickly!! It helps a lot.

Of course these videos are Very helpful BUT if you want to level up quicker go train. Practice ballet/gymnastics/aerobics etc. not only do you have a safer platform but you are also with other people with at least a bit of experience
