I feel like Johnny Is the main Character of the whole Karate Kid Universe Daniel can sometimes just be annoying but on the other hand Johnny is just cool

Sean, just please tell me that Netflix didn't "Netflix" any aspect of this show, now that they're producing it. I love its irreverent retro 80's appeal and am just waiting for Netflix to force woke-ism into this and ruin it for conservative fans like me. Can you just assure me that they didn't introduce any gender/race/social justice stuff into this? I don't want to be sucker-punched halfway through the season. Thank you.

I been unable to watch it yet, just saw some comment about that they've "watered down" further the "anti pc culture" that made the show so great the first season...hope it was just something subjective from that person🤷‍♂️

Alright that was a great season. I could sort of read where it was going but there were some genuine surprises in there with some great character moments and development

Man oh Man, we already have some potential plot lines for Season 5. I would rank this 2nd as my favorite season next to Season 3.

The multiple twists in the end are completely insane, Silver betraying Kreese caught me completely off guard.

Terry Silver doesn’t get enough credit for being one of the most cunning villains of all time. He has absolutely no principles and will do whatever he has to do to win.

Man season 4 was definitely one of my favorite if not the favorite season of this series!

Have just watched it. I’d say it is the best season so far, mainly because of what they did with Tory and Robby. In this season they were among my two favorite characters almost from the start. About all of the main characters were headed well, with Terry and Eli probably being my other two favorites. I really liked giving Anthony a far bigger role and showing how both his parents had made big mistakes in not giving him much attention.

10 episodes is too short but 👍 for season 4

The best scene was the 5 minute shot of Hawk eating a piece of broccoli.

it was good but I feel like the show is starting to drag on and it's becoming repetitive in my opinion. I also think the show is confused about who the main characters are, like Miguel felt like an after thought this season. I just think this should have been the last season but they're starting to beat a dead horse with this show. Especially how Daniel and Johnny can't get along and they keep teaming up and then fighting. It seems like it just keeps happening and then the show doesn't give us a definitive rematch between the two of them which is annoying. It's still like a 7/10 for me but it's getting repetitive so hopefully season 5 is that last season, because if so it will be great with everything they've set up but if they drag it on more than just 1 more season then I'm done.

This season completely ruined Miguel. The performance was so flat he looked and sounded depressed 24/7. Sam, Robbie and the mum character also annoyed me

Funny thing: this season really made me feel for stingray. I know, its wierd. But i stand by it. He just wants to be accepted by people, but he never grew up with his body. Therefore people his age dont accept him for who he is.

I can't say it was my favorite season but it was good. 8/10

This season feels more believable and grounded. Terry is great and out smarts Kreese and still has the crazy side to him but not over the top. Great season and excited for Season 5.

I can't believe how possibly this show may have topped the original movie in terms of impact. Karate Kid in 1984 was massive and made every family put their kids into karate. KK was had a cultural influence but holy, I think CK may actually top the original. Amazing show with lots of dramatic moments to please any anime fan

My biggest criticism for the Cobra Kai series is that the acting, especially from the child actors, always seems so one dimensional and exaggerated. Some of this might have to do with the characterizations and dialogue.

Minor spoilers:
I didn’t expect the character who was so psychotic and unlikeable became someone with more layers and one I felt sorry for: she is Tory btw

I just finished the season last night. My siblings and i have been watching every season together and although we weren’t big fans of season 1, we’ve loved the following seasons though and we all loved season 4. It had us all cheering during the matches and loving the emotional moments. After the final episode, my brother said (minor spoiler here), “i can’t believe they got me to actually care about Kreese”

This has been out for less than a month and I've rewatched it 3 times. Dang.

I've gotten a lot of questions about how I saw it early. Netflix gave critics access weeks ago. I've actually had the show since before trailer dropped a few weeks back.
