my 8 plus had the same issue, but the spinning wheel is not spinning, it's just black screen and stuck in not spinning

Omg, I thought I was the only one who was stuck on the spinning wheel loop and each time I type in my password it still goes on and on! Each time the spinning wheel loop happens, it goes around for 5 mins and up. It kept happening earlier! Please, did anyone have the same problem and got solved it? If so, how did you solve it?

This only makes you wait and then ask to upgrade soft wear. Waste of time.

By is like this first spinning wheel and black screen then normal for 0.10 sec the I wait some min it's normal again then I tippe my password then it's spinn wheel again ;(
