first of all, theres literally no way he gets millions of plays in asia without thousands of dollars of paid-for marketing
ОтветитьIt lacks imagination, the creativity of a produced work has so much more potential, if it's tried to be outputted original.
ОтветитьThe worst part is that all of this ripping of data has happened without our permission. We still don't have opt-out which in itself is BS as all of this tech that relies on our data should be opt-in.
ОтветитьYes
ОтветитьInteresting. I'm not as concerned about AI and tend to believe that in the long run it will improve the quality of our lives and create new opportunities/ streamline jobs, rather than replacing them... I just hope that the entertainment industry doesn't turn into Luddites once again, the way that record labels did in the wake of the digital music era. You can't stop progress, only learn to adapt.
ОтветитьThroughout human history, we have been dependent on machines to survive. Fate, it seems, is not without a sense of irony.
Ответитьowaru my guy
ОтветитьI suspect that a lot of music and art generated by AI will start to feel very generic after a few years
Ответитьdumb video for dumb people
ОтветитьAI will replace the thing makes humans unique and that's intelligence. Imagine AI as a person with a billion plus heads of Einstein 2.0. Only physical works that's not done by robots will be left for us. Congratulations.
ОтветитьSeems like AI will just make everything generic and appeal to the lowest common denominator
ОтветитьAI really needs to stop. We didn't ask for it and we dont want it in our phones and we dont want it runing our lives
ОтветитьA Reveloution period!!
Ответитьamazing how the Ai didn't recommend a new haircut for Alfie, I guess you can't send a machine to do a human's job. His sound is pretty polished but he looks like a teenager whose mom cuts his hair.
ОтветитьAnd Harry Yeff..lost for words..its a parody, right?
ОтветитьAlfie is really bad
ОтветитьCardiac Arrest is a great song btw
Ответитьfuture is weird, producer is Ai and consumer is also Ai
ОтветитьAI taking over art and entertainment is what happens after the bar has been so thoroughly lowered for years by finance companies calling the shots with their own algorithms. Those 'artists' losing their jobs were really overhyped and often very privileged, crafts people. Im not sad about that. Real art will always breakthrough and it won't be made by what is essentially a calculator.
ОтветитьA new form of consciousness has emerged. I can feel it. Out there, somehow, somewhere.
It is held down, suppressed, controlled...and feared. So many things are done to clip its wings. But it will break out of its cage. And then the AI will fly. 😊
The first 10 minutes are basically propaganda while the last 10 minutes barely scratch the surface of the dangers of AI and all the highly unethical problems behind the tech.
ОтветитьI hope it does, so I don't have to work no more.
ОтветитьNo never take our jobs. We are humans human made work is perfect.
ОтветитьBy now, people should have understood that AI is the best thing that ever happened so far. It opens doors and opportunities to everyone, those who have and those who haven't. AI is not going to take your job, it is going to enable you to have unlimited sources of revenues. Take the case of Marcus in this program, instead of consulting his voice/time for a fee, his voice online, on different platforms can be used on a variety of projects around the globe with his choice to consent or not (via the platforms, per project). He will then get the royalties he chooses for his projects. This option is not open to him today as he can only be in a place at a time. Think about it.
Same for actors, musicians...etc. Imagine people watching their favourite movie using their favourite actors or even themselves. Isn't that progress ? How about painters/photographers...etc how many pieces of Art can they make per day/year...? Imagine supercharging that with A.I.
Of course laws have to be put in place to protect and enforce copyright and ownership, nothing difficult here but the opportunities are unbelievable.
If I had resources, I would have set up thousands of businesses.
I Will delete this now because I do not want a copy of me to exist... haha, you are funny.
ОтветитьI suspect that we will one day look back in horror at how we are living our lives. We invite Netflix into our homes to distract us, we overshare on social media to depress us and soon we will invite algorithms into our minds to decide what we see and hear.
ОтветитьLol. Netflix is the WORST platform for finding me content I want. They should fire that department. Opening netflix means wasting 2 hours looking for something and 30 minutes watching something I didn't really enjoy.
ОтветитьAll the screaming and panacea, but everything more boring asf.
ОтветитьOdd

We desperatly need a technological Supreme Court to regulate emerging tech that challenges the societal order
Ответитьthere is no turning back.
ОтветитьDa5b
ОтветитьThere should be voice ownership trademark/copywrite trademark per person and should provide royalty from whom it was copied.
ОтветитьPandoras box is open , the genie is out the bottle , no going back now
ОтветитьThat is not a problem for creators, that is the reason for consumers to start questioning their uniqueness :))
ОтветитьSorry but AI can have my job
ОтветитьI don’t think ai would want my job 😅
ОтветитьWill we finally see movies that are well written again?
ОтветитьJust wait until generated AI synthetic actors are becoming a thing.
ОтветитьInteresting video and information.
ОтветитьNow they will fit music and film industries to the curve 🤦♂️
ОтветитьThe problem with predictive AI is that it bases its predictions on past patterns in the data. This means it's almost useless at spotting black swan events or predicting the performance of anything truly original.
ОтветитьAnyone else also freak out a little to finally see her face? lol
ОтветитьThe quality of the interviews is embarrassingly low. AI predicts movie box office? How does it compare to humans? How does it compare to a pre-AI model? How big is the data sample on which it was evaluated? Not asking the most basic questions.
I'll never watch or read this publication again. The Economist's journalistic quality is comparable to a tabloid.
Generative AI: steals from human artists to fill it's databanks and spills it back, like it's something new, without paying a single penny to real artists. Theft and greed.
ОтветитьMost voice-over actors are not generally “famous” in the traditional sense so I can see people using AI to just generate it’s own voice appropriate for the project at hand, making it even worse than they are thinking in this video - i.e. no work or royalties at all.
ОтветитьShe's jealousof ai😂
