Hi PK, Recently I started watching your you tube videos related to the Excel. You are wonder in explaining the complex things in a simple manner. Thanks for your materials post. Also I have one request. I am an AMS Project Manager and do the Clients issues analysis regularly. I use to download all the tickets for a quarter created in the ticketing tool and then do the analysis. One of the analysis which I wanted to do in the excel is that what are all the regular type of issues occuring in a particular area. This I wanted to based on the detailed description column in the excel worksheet. That description column would be a message which I type here like this... or an email came from the client user posted in a particular field in the ticketing tool. How can I get the regularly used text in a column... Please help
