64 watches is absolutely absurd
ОтветитьI tune out when the host mispronounces Prospex.
ОтветитьTudor 58 GMT Opaline.
ОтветитьMy favorite brands are Panerai, Oris, Squale, Norqain, and Tourby. Semper Fi
ОтветитьNo one with morals buys a Rolex.
ОтветитьI didn't finish my comment; I have a pelagos and it's my everyday wear.
ОтветитьHi Antonio; the tudor watches are awesome including the black bay 58, I
ОтветитьBlack Boy's, nice watches although my particular one is in Blue
ОтветитьI just increased my watch collection to five. Maybe I should stop right there! :) The first four I wore pretty regularly depending on the occasion. I just got an Omega Seamaster 300m with a blue dial and bezel, and a steel band. I love it! I've been wearing it every day since I got it.
ОтветитьThe watch i wore the most, until it broke, was a Hamilton khaki field watch. My 2 year old grabbed it, and threw it down the stairs and the dial came loose/spins and it doesnt keep time. I have to get it serviced. The current place holder is now the Seiko 1959 Alpinist.
ОтветитьGreat video. Loved the history and family stories behind some of your watches.
ОтветитьSorry mate but there is something a bit nauseating about a watch video were half the watches you own are luxury watches unobtainable to 99% of us, and worse still have been given to you by dealers or been company gifts.
Maybe I'm jealous, but not for me.
Good luck to you though
I have two watches the same in your collection Tudor and seiko
ОтветитьI love the tudor range. I have a Tudor Pelagos State of Qatar edition. Only around 50 made. Has nice unique touches like the date dial is in Arabic which tudor made just for this edition.
I also have a Omega Speedmaster and Omega Planet Ocean.
"the urban gentry" trim that watch collection
ОтветитьMan, I didn't expect the Casio MTG to figure in this list! I have one too and it's awesome!
And also we kind of have similar tastes in perfumes. A nice coincidence there!
Love from Chennai, India. 🙏
I recognize Wittenberg, Wisconsin in some of your videos!
Ответить“The presentation of Monta watches is second to none.”
Yup, that’s the subtle sponsorship plug right there. 😂
im a omega and tudor man wouldnt mind adding a rolex tho for more dress!!
ОтветитьHay Antonio! I have four Watches that i rotate between, but one that caught my eye is the one on the start of your video's. any info would be appreciated.
ОтветитьSo you Marie Kondoed your watch collection and concluded they all bring you joy? I guess it doesn't take that much space, but you may get back home to an intervention one day. 😂
Also, odd question: what was the watch that was in the intro clip to your videos?
Hamilton until I die lol great collection
ОтветитьBro doesnt blink
ОтветитьHey Marine, Ralph Hernandez here. Nice video! I have that Monaco! Semper Fi
ОтветитьAt 9 minutes The Samurai goes backwards. :D (reversed B-roll I guess)
ОтветитьHillary did not wear the Rolex to summit Everest. He wore a Smith.
ОтветитьI have been thinking about buying things and how many things I bought before I got the ones I want. If you buy always buy quality, when you don't want it give it away to someone. So they remember you gave them quality.
Ответитьfor a guy that own 64 watches most of the ones you showed are crap... fugly... but that last one the datejust is nice
ОтветитьWolbrook Skindiver WT Mecaquartz. High quality, made in France, Seiko VH31, about $230... gorgeous and mega cool daily driver.
ОтветитьCasio A158W. Time. Day. Date. Stopwatch. Alarm. Facelight as bad the original 1980s Casio F91W-1 .
ОтветитьI don't know why I underestimated the watch collection, But the explorer is excellent! But, oh no! It had to take it up a few notches with a beautiful date just and over the top with a yacht-Master.
And, other practical wrist candy, as well. Nice collection!
I Own 48 Watches (incl. Rolex, Omega, ...) & This Is THE ONE I Wear: Seiko SLA051
ОтветитьIf you have an Explorer, or a DateJust, you don't need another watch. Smart enough to wear with a dinner jacket, tough enough to wear every day doing just about anything.
ОтветитьI still don’t understand the love affair with G-shock.
ОтветитьThe Explorer is a great watch. Just what I look for. I don't need complications or functions. Just three hands to tell me the time and to look good. I have a smart phone for all the extra stuff. I just want to look at my wrist and know the time. It's so hard to find watches these days that don't have the date on it at minimum. Why can't good watch makers just make a minimalist watch these days?
ОтветитьI have 4/5 of ur collection! Love them
ОтветитьThat was Smith not explorer. The mountain watch.
ОтветитьI have a handful of decent Swiss watches that I might wear for a formal business meeting, but for everyday wear or outdoor activity it’s a Garmin Solar Fenix-7X 90% of the time. Maybe I’m cheap for not having a Marq. The thing I have learned about fine Swiss watches is don’t buy ones with a non-battery auto-winding mechanism for occasional wear because the date is usually weeks out requiring tedious adjustment.
ОтветитьCheck out Portugal: Army, Navy, Air Force, GNR
Elite forces: Commandos, Rangers, Paraquedistas
Military colleges: Colégio melitar and Instituto dos Pupilos do Exército.
Good video but quick tip - don't use reversed footage when showing watches. The Monta made me do a double-take when I noticed the second hand moving backwards lol
ОтветитьThe only watch I own is the tudor BB58, love it.
ОтветитьI have a yachtmaster as well! Fantastic piece!
ОтветитьI love the Black Bay 58. Just so versatile and classy for a diver. If I ever spend the dough on a luxury watch, there's a big chance it's the BB58.
ОтветитьNice for you to have a Rolex, my go to watches are 1 my Casio Mudman, 2 Seiko 5 fieldwatch, 3 my Breitling Titan Gold(inherited ftom my dad) 4 my GUL Impact, 5 my Tevise 801A homage to a Rolex Submariner. Personally i would never buy watch that wojlx cost me more than my car. But i enjoy my watchez everytime i wear them, anx for thats most importnant.
ОтветитьI have Tudor BB52, Oris 65, Certina diver ds, Casio vintage.
ОтветитьI've limited my collection to a handful of must haves. 1. Rolex Explorer I 39mm, Rolex Submariner no date, Blancpain Fifty Fathoms Barakuda, Seiko xks 009. I would really like to pick up a Rolex date just or an Omega NTTD to complete my collection.
ОтветитьBuY GT3 pro
ОтветитьNice watches, but never understood divers, unless one is one: why give up so much territory with those large bezels. I feel the same about chronographs, unless one uses the functions: otherwise, I feel it's just for show. Other than lumens, I prefer very straightforward faces and dials. I have Cartier, Omega, Rolex, Seikos and some other brands. I buy to wear, not to invest.
