Hey! I am just getting into this Servicenow career, I don’t have a degree do you think that would be a problem? I currently have my CSA and I have also worked on integrations as well as ITSM.

I am busy going through all of your videos however I am only able to find 10 videos linked to the CSA training? Are there videos else where? I tried to look by your channel however struggling to find the other videos out of 27 I believe there were.

Wow, this is incredible. I've been a developer for almost 10 years. Our SN guy is retiring and my company has asked me if I can help pick it up so I've started learning. I was talking to my manager today and he said there was actually a report he had asked for a while back to show how many tickets per month met SLA or breached it. The current SN guy quickly responded "that's impossible", but honestly we've always thought our SN portal was pretty lacking and as a developer, I can't stand the word "impossible". I will ALWAYS say "let me try first". I assume that every single ticket has an SLA attached to it and since it alerts us when there is a breach, it is keeping track of ones that are breached so I feel certain there is a way to track that for reporting purposes.

Anyway, I was on my lunch break just surfing my personal YT on my phone and came across this video by chance. It's VERY educational, and what's even better, is in your reports table, I saw a report called "Achieved SLAs by Type" haha! Now I'm even more confident that if you can track achieved ones then you can also track breached ones and compare the two on a month by month basis. Not only that, but then also report it out via email automatically. Fantastic video. One of the best learning experiences I've had on YT in a very long time. Thanks!

The company I work for is determined to migrate Powerbi reports to this ServiceNow module and the limitations it has are ridiculous. It is not a BI tool

Hi sir, I am looking for a job in Knowledge management, and most of the companies are asking for the working knowledge of ServiceNow. In the company I work for, we have SharePoint and CMS as primary tools for content management. Can you please provide some suggestions what skills I should work on to land a job in KM functions?
