That video hits so hard. All of it. I was crying from beggining to the last words, all the time. I am suffering with hateing myself all my life. I realized, when i was 12. Untill that time, i was thinking that it is normal for anyone. I isoleted myself from people, i was feeling like they deserve better. Better sister. Better doughter. Better friend. And even when people told me that they are proud of me, that i am talented… i becicly live with feeling, that they are lieing to me.
I am hopeless all the time. I was since i remember.
Two years after you posted this video and two years after i saw it for a first time i am here to say big thank you. Because this was the thing that helped me realized the problem.
I did not solved it yet, but knowing it helped a lot.

So I just cried because I’m every one of them and I’m just seeing how it’s affecting my loved ones but it’s so hard to break this mental cycle

i'm still struggling if my friends love me or love is just a lie when my friend says i'm beautiful i'm famous in my mind it says it's not true i'm too shy to say if they hate me or am i annoying to you am i beautiful my mom always says i'm useless and i believe it so if i see my friends cleaning or doing something i just hide because i'm useless and if my parents says i'm blind i'm useless i'm worthless and i believe it and laugh and says it's just a joke and a simple mistake i made it makes my depression bad 💔😞
