I never realized you could fight hroggar, I always managed to complete the quest without fighting Alva inside her home

The way I see it is that the priest was screwed either way. He was posted there with little information and no true protection (he's basically a church grunt), so the church expected him to perish in his duties (possibly to glean more insight into the nature of the threat). Hell, upsetting Namira doesn't sound like a good idea...I say let them chow down on Brother V, gain the favor of a higher power, and keep all of the vendors around.

the the MIA mission the peacful option didnt work in any of my playthroughs. Tullius just says the "do you have any idea" line and then says no. I was already deep in the imperial quest when i did this and didnt get it. i snuck him out and only killed a few of them but peaceful for the most part

Man I didnt even know that forsworn conspiracy even existed, I got to markarth by getting on a drinking competition on whiterun and sudenly when I entered the lower shrine the three guards framed me of the guy's death and just to press on this issue I was around level 10 to 6 and havent talked to the jarl yet when "A Night To Remember" happened to me

You can also spare Alva in "laid to rest". After killing Layet Alva will (often) move into Morvarth's lair. Alva is still flagged as a villager and the vampires will kill her if you set them off and they stumble over her. She, however, will not attack you automatically there (it is her house she will defend). After the quest she will go back to being a barmaid... often speaking stock vampire lines and (with dawnguard) looking vary vampiric.
