Please remember that when you're doing a detox you're also pulling out other minerals like magnesium and potassium and can cause short spikes of blood pressure that feel like panic attacks but aren't.
Most people feel this and go straight to their doctor and are given blood pressure meds which are not necessary. Just slow your detox a little take magnesium potassium and get lots of sunshine.
