Hello Caroline❣ I love your videos! You lift me up physically and mentally🤩 You are so positive and joyful and it's contagious. When you did the row and tricep exercises I stopped the video to change to the other side because I was concerned that you maybe forgot and I didn't want to be lopsided😂 I feel like a dork because you changed sides eventually and I'm laughing at myself. 🤣🤣🤣 Anyway, you're the best❣ Thank you for all you do💖

New subscriber because I LOVE your videos! Good variety, effective, safe, something for everyone. Typically I need to do a lot of modifications to get thru workouts (shoulders, back, etc). With your videos I can get thru with minimal to no modifications and feel great. Thank you!

Several weeks ago, my doctor suggested resistance training with a suggestion that my bones needed strengthening. I’m 68 years old this year I quit a 50 year addiction to alcohol, lost 50 pounds on Weight Watchers and maintaining and joined a gym. I’ve been doing at least two of your videos every day for the last two weeks and notice a huge difference, I’m also an animal rescuer and know you’re an animal supporter.
I have passed along your name and videos to my Weight Watchers Facebook page and will soon be joining as a Patreon member. Thank you so much for what you do by the way I used to live in North Park, San Diego, my favorite place I’ve ever lived

You are wonderful. I was already following you with the daily stretches. I just found out that I have osteoporosis and immediately looked up exercises to do. When I saw you, I stopped looking. You cover it all and I will rely on you to help me with establishing a routine that is safe for my condition. Thank you so much!

I love your 10 min blood pressure routine. If I could get a similar one for osteoporosis..10 mins no breaks..I could commit for that one.

Nobody talks a about the kind of shoes that we need to wear during weight training . Bending the toes when doing lunges need enough protection in order not to hurt the toes and feet articulations. Explain please! Thanks
